Sonic Climates
Sonic Climates
Sonic Climates is an installation and live performance inspired by florariums crafted by Peter Teller. In this project, the electrical signals generated by the living tissues of the plants are measured and used to control specific synthesis parameters, resulting in an organic, pulsing sonic environment. Kirik and Janky engage with this evolving soundscape through improvisational sound play, making the performance an exploration of time, solitude, and proximity. The project serves as a meditation on these themes, exploring them through intermedial creative expression.
